I finally got this little corner set up for the kids today. We have this 18" space by our front door, between the coat closet and the wall, not being used for anything. I came up with the idea to make it into a corner for the kids to have coats/hats/boots/shoes easily accessible. First I sewed up a little boot mat to fit in the space, then made the coat/hat racks that I hung today, and it's done. T thinks it looks a little cluttered, but I say if it makes the kids more independent, I'm all for it! They're pretty excited about it too.

The mat looks too cute to put muddy boots on! Would be cute as a baby blanket too.
Does Lily still fit the please mom rain jacket?
