my girl is six!

On April 22, 2005, at 10pm,  i gave birth to this beautiful girl who is now 6!  It was a quick and intense birth, and when all 9 lbs 3 oz. of her was born, she gave us a scare by not breathing on her own.  Our kids' favourite part of this story is that Troy hit the floor in an effort not to pass out from fear. So while my girl was being frantically revived across the room, and he was on the floor, I was blissed out in the bed

saying "everything's going to be fine, she'll be fine".

and she was. 

very fine.
