Feta Chicken

I found a really yummy recipe in one of those mini Martha Stewart food magazines, and it's so easy, you don't need the recipe. Cut whole chicken breasts in half, like you'd cut a bun, but not all the way through. Then stuff it with crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil. Close it up and season the outsides with salt/pepper, and I use garlic and onion powder too. Cook them in a pan on the stove with a bit of oil. It's so delicious for how simple it is.

YUM, Yum! I'll try that tomorrow for suppa! I am on a cookbook buying binge! Found a really good one called: "Eggs", and there is another one called: "Farmfresh"! Fun to read your blogs!
