my new rain boots! I've been looking for a pair for while now, and finally found these funky ones at Walmart. Now I can frolic in the rain with the kids without a care, and look somewhat cool doing it.

I haven't done any sewing in the last few weeks, so that's why there's been no postings. Im itching get back on my machine again, and create some fun things with my new fabrics, and use my stockpile of 'old' ones. The kids have been sick, L right in the middle of it now, feeling awful. I've been lucky (so far!) to only have a very slight cold, considering all the coughing and sneezing that has been blown in my direction. One sign that L is sick and lacking sleep due to a hacking cough - I laid her down on her bed so I could put O down for his nap, and she fell asleep immediately! Now, that's how I like it. O is looking forward to his cousins K and M coming for the weekend, we should be all better by then!
