we're jammin'

It's strawberry jam time of year. The kid's babysitters invited O along this morning to go berry picking, and he was excited to go. He brought home 2 big buckets of very, very ripe berries. Perfect for jam. I've made 12 containers so far, and still have the second bucket to make! The plan is to have a big stockpile in the deep freeze, to last us the year, and to give to friends. Mmm, can't wait to have some jam on toast tmw. morning.
