pillow making

This year I churned out quite a few decorative pillows for different family member's and friend's couches. The first ones were a simple 2 pieces of fabric sewn together. The last 2 were the log cabin style that I've always wanted to try. I finished the last one last night for my sister, to match the gorgeous quilt my other sister made for her and her baby boy. Now, to make one for my own couch!

I love how my first log cabin pillow turned out,
especially with the detail of the stitching all the way around.
